The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services there has been no phone contact after repeated attempts to call, sp has stated he could not meet deadline because of family emergency, ther has been contact since that date , furnishings was to be picked up in florida bfore the end of feburuary , it was not this caused me to pay an additional months rent in florida, at the storgae site...bad service provider, very un professional, i have worked as an sp for u-ship myself, i find this sp,s service as defuncted and would not recoomend "At All" p

plenty of phone contact. yes there was a family emergency that caused me to delay the transport of her things but i was also very curteous and i had let them know what was going on the whole time. this was just someone who wanted her belongings before i could be in that location again. iam far from being defunct as she states, just look at the rest of my feedback. she also was never a service provider for this website.
