The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment A few days after accepting the shipper's bid, the shipper's mother-in-law had a heart attack. I told the shipper I understood and wished the seller prayers while his mother-in-law recovered. After trying to communicate with the shipper the next couple of weeks, I learned some bad news. Unfortunately, his mother-in-law passed away. He seemed pretty broken up. He transfered the call over to his nephew who told me they were getting permits that coming Tuesday.
