Tony Alb assigned this load to Billy (driver), who was in touch from the moment he hit the road. Unbeknownst to me, the materials comprising the shipment had significantly deteriorated since I'd put them in storage, which I did not learn until receiving them. Billy and his driving partner were so professional: hauled the items and didn't say a anything - it was part of the job. I gave them a little over the bid in appreciation. A job well done and timely. I'd use this firm again.

The name abpettransport is short for Above and Beyond Pet Transportation. Service that is just that, above and beyond, is what Lee and Veronica deliver. I could tell that my animals had been well cared for because they were happy and playful when they were returned. You will not be disappointed if you give your next pet transport job to these ladies.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Called shipper on 1/22/09 to discuss shipment and he said that they only take boxed items. Would not be able to take the bicycle, and all items need to be shipped together. Shipper will contact U-ship to arrange for refund.

Timtim did a good job transporting our dog. He called to let us know if he was running a little ahead or behind schedule so that we could plan our activities accordingly. We were flexible on the pick-up and drop off times, but he also wanted to work his efforts around times that suited us. I would recommend his services to anyone with items to transport. Our dog seemed happy and well-cared for when he arrived "home."
