I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. It was very difficult to communicate with the person trying to get locations and pick ups time is passed, and I am leaving the area, unable to complete the transport

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer accidentally put the wrong pick up state in and I am over 10 hrs away from the correct pick up address.
