Carol was willing to compensate for the additional cargo that neither of us where expecting. I was late on delivery due to all the traffic jams and construction but we made accommodations and seen it through. Hope to do business again.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I did not misrepresent myself regarding this shipment.She was told 4x's on the uship Q&A that her items would be trans in a new dodge caravan as in our prof. pic.She was shown the space,8'4"x4' w/4"foam pad covering for her item(6'3"x1'6")w/6 blankets to wrap.She was worried entire time on how she would pay us and how she would pay for the items we were to pick up.Once I asked about payment,she said it would't fit even after the van was remeasured.She didn't have the money to trans,blames us.

The items they booked for would not fit in the back of their passenger car.they had an open trailer pulling on the back with rec vehicles aboard. Not proper transport for thousands of dollars worth of Antiques. They had huge suitcases for their trip,no packing quilts, no boxes. All had been explained to them in advance.They wasted my time and theirs not being truthful.Would never hire again.Very rude and UN-professional.This is moonlighting on uship at the customers expense.Amateur movers.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We arrived with an empty,new,dodge minivan which she was advised 4x's on uship Q&A that we were driving. Yes,we had our snowmobile on an open trailer and would never have put her items there.Our space was plenty large enough to transport her items safely. She stated she had alot of drama going on and I believe she was not ready to ship nor had the funds. Our feedback and her cancellations speak for themselves. I believe she found a cheaper shipper outside of uship.

I gave measurements and pictures to this couple so they knew exactly what they were moving. I even offered my moving boxes&blankets for them to use as they had only a twin bed coverlet.By there suggestion here that you can move6'3" 2,500 dollar lamp & same folding screen and three foot long 2,000 lamp in the back of their caravan,half full with their luggage, shows they don't know how to move antiques. I can't put that aboard with them to get broken, while they play at learning how to be movers
