Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I was not able to get ahold of customer to get pickup number. After an hour I had to head out. Give me a call first thing in the morning and we can set up a pickup time Monday

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No response, no show. I understand that things can go wrong or that a carrier overbooks, but the shipment was not picked up as promised and there was no response at all from the time the shipment was booked.
