The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer had extremely sick puppy that was not well enough to transport, lacked USDA or State exam & would have put other animals at risk had we proceeded with transport. Also, customers husband resorted to threats of violence when my driver told him we had certain guidelines to follow. Refused to cooperate on MANY levels & continued to harass my driver & I even after we left. We receive several nasty emails a day from her now. DO NOT HAUL SICK PETS! USDA & IL Ag notified.

This man is out of his mind, I cancelled the reservation because he did not have enough money to pay for gas. The thought of him transporting one of my magnificent world-class puppies and running out of gas on the highway was enough to infuriate me. I told him how incredibly unprofessional he was and that I would never put my dogs in danger by shipping with him. I would stay away from this company completely they will put your dogs in danger .Be aware don’t ever book this company

I hang all leashes from my creates have been doing it since 2011 this is the first time I had a dog get the leash into the create and chew through it. This is a practice that I will now be taking a look at and possibly changing. I am sorry. Other then that the dog was great during the trip. He was a pleasure to have with me.

This shipper is incredible, I ship 30 to 40 Dogs a year. I have been looking to find a shipper that is as passionate about his Dogs and job as I am about mine. His communication is impeccable, his handling of the Dogs is professional and his punctuality is spot on.
