Communication was amazing! I was kept informed at all times! I loved that they were very knowledgeable horse people, and they informed me of the truth about my horse when it was picked up (not having an already weaned foal when told that the foal would be weaned). Very health conscious and took very good care of my mare, especially in her stressed condition of having to wean a foal on the drop of a dime. I would highly recommend their transport services and would gladly use them again!! A++++ :D

Delivery was a few days late due to their truck breaking down, but it didn't at all effect how wonderful and excellent their transportation is and how nice the driver was! My horse was taken care of exceptionally well, and I definitely appreciated the fact that they had a loading ramp into the trailer rather than having the horses drop off a ledge when loading and unloading like some transporters I've used. The trailer was very nice and spaceous, and I guarentee I'll be using them again!!! A++++

I had a very positive experience. I would definitely transport with these people again. Not only do they know what they are doing when it comes to handling and understanding horses, they were promt, communicated very well, and were more than nice and cooporative, especially when payment got mixed up with the original horse owner. My horse came to me in one piece and they gave me some much needed advice as well, being a first time horse rider. I can't thank them enough for their services! :D
