Talked with Jim several times and was constantly updated. Kaden arrived in a very timely manner and was handled superbly. Jim had a sly one on his hands as Kaden actually untied himself in the trailer but Jim was able to see this and resecure him. I was totally impressed with the way he handled Kaden and he made this Valentines present really special. I would not hesitate to have him transport any horse we would ever get in the future and I would arrange future transports around his schedule.
