I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper offered to pick up the puppy on 05/06/2023 at 4PM
Never showed up for pick up. Then on the phone we agreed to
reschedule the pick-up for 05/07/2023 between 8AM and 10 AM.
Never showed up again and absolutely no communication.
I have sent multiple texts and called the shipper multiple times
with no success of him responding.
I would like to cancel this shipment.
