A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very nice customer to work with. Customer was giving us until today to find him a driver. He did tell us about his time constraints.

Want to know why I received notification via email of an additional charge of $166.46 to cover “additional charges”!! Is this a scam email I received? If not, whats going on!?

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The company representative was very helpful and did inform me ahead of time that the process would take a week or so to book. Which was different than what my understanding was from the quick quote acceptance banner they post. I did state to the representative that 1) the vehicle had to be picked up no later than 4/18 as I had flight out that day. 2) that vehicle had to be in NC no later than 20. Also that I had to hear from a driver no later than the friday before to confirm pickup. None of thi
