Payment was not made as agreed or in full - Customer failed to communicate - MULTIPLE E-MAIL REQUESTS SENT WITH NO REPLY -Delays occured that were the fault of the customer - Customer refused to work out problems or changes - ALL SERVICE CARRIERS ARE WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUSTOMER

Payment paid by C.C. through Uship - code released to carrier. I am not sure why you would not get the full payment. If there is a problem please let me know as this is the first I have heard about that. I have promptly replied to the few emails that were sent to me. I am not sure how I contributed to any delays. My problem was more about the damage caused by the 3rd party carrier and how it was poorly handled.
