About Me
Professional lifelong sailor with a Master Mariners licence taking his family on a world trip. We have shipped our boat twice as part of our voyage. We understand what it takes to prepare equipment for shipping and we work hard to make the shipping process no hassle for everyone involved.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer provided us with an invalid email address on his uShip account. We called him and received voicemail. We finally reached him by phone and sent him everything needed to schedule the pickup, but he never replied back with confirmation. Response from Rolland T.: This company bids first then skims the easy picking, playing the drag out game with the rest until they cancel. Then they leave feedback blaming the customer. I have 17 emails and 20 calls over 13 days. No return calls and nonsense answers. I had four emails in a row giving approval for insurance. Then they tell me on the phone I need to give approval for insurance before they can move. Same with pickup dates. It was an obvious game. Read the other cancellations, connect the dots.

Highly Recommended! Well planned and easy to work with.

DRFTCO did an excellent job on a complex logistical delivery. Arrangements had to be made at both ends and a cradle had to be made at the shipping point. This required coordinating with several parties at once. All of this was done with precision. We couldn't be happier.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider It took 11 emails and five calls, and three unanswered voicemails to get across that I wanted to insure my shipment. This shipper is terrible at communicating. I own a business and deal with hundreds of businesses weekly, and this is among the worst. If you read the other cancellations you will find other sentiments. The shipper will come back with a reply blaming me for the communication shortfall, as they did with me on the phone and all the other thousands of cancellations. I cannot trust Response from 1stClassShipping: The customer provided us with an invalid email address on his uShip account. We called him and received voicemail. We finally reached him by phone and sent him everything needed to schedule the pickup, but he never replied back with confirmation.

Jon did a wonderful job shipping our Contessa 26 sailboat. He handled the marinas on both ends of the job and traveled 2600 miles without doing any damage. He arrived on time, kept us up to date as things went along, and made sure everything was done right. This is our third shipping experience, and his work was by far the best. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of shipping a boat.
