I am relocating from Milwaukee to New Orleans to be back with family.

this customer is not to be trusted, if you have to deal with her please take pictures of everything as she will lie on your business and serves to try and get money back from you for her move.

I wish I could go back in time and gone with a different company. Communication was terrible and they kept moving around my pickup/delivery dates. Loading/unloading a small apartment took 9 hours (!!!) total. They brought a truck that was way too big and I ended up with $1,400 in damages; they've only compensated me $110. Dwight has been very rude, has refused to work with me, and I have now had to file an insurance claim. I recommend paying more and going with a more professional provider. Response from brightstarllc1: the lie's we tell, first every e-mails, text messages, phone call were promptly replied to, the pickup/delivery date were change to commanded her, the loading/unloading time was pretty good give we had 3 flights of stairs on both end, dealing with rain on pickup and Mardi Gras on delivery in New Orleans, the truck was base on her listed inventory which was change and had less so we spread out her items to reduce the risk of damages so the claim is a lie, please don't believe the lies in review.
