The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper stated they were able to pick up the load of the 21st which did not happen. It is now the 27th and the shipper has informed me he will not be able to pick up the load and to cancel the transaction.
During the last 6 days I attempted many times to book a new pickup date with the shipper since the first one wasn't met. I rarely received an answer at all and when I did they just said they were working on it. Seems like they were never really that motivated to do the job they bid on which

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Dealing with this company has been the worst experience on Uship. They have strung me along for weeks now saying they will pick up the load the next day yet fail to show up. At this point I have had over 5 pickup appointments scheduled with them where they do not have a trucker show up. No phone call no nothing. Absolutely piss poor customer service.
I would not trust them to deliver my pizza never mind an expensive piece of heavy equipment.
