There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I had misread the request and when I realized there were 2 machines I tried to withdraw my bid . In fact the last communication I had with Pat via uship Q & A I was under the impression that it had been cancelled and I told him that I would re-bid .Even If I had bid the load correctly I stated in my bid I would pickup within & 7 days not by 4/16/10 . I am sorry for any inconvenience to Pat but I immediately informed him in our first conversation that the rate was incorrect .

The request clearly stated one shipment with two pieces equipment. The bid Jerry submitted was only a couple of hundred dollars less than another freight company. The other freight company is now loading and will have the equipment to Ohio by Monday. In the first conversation he wanted to increase the rate to about $1.00 per mile to about $1,600.00, then in a another conversation he said he couldn't ship for less than $2,100.00. Bait and switch?

Very easy to work for. Stayed late to recieve delivery one day early. Could not ask for nore.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved 1] Jerry wanted more money to ship the equipment than original bid. First time he tried to raise rate to $1.00 per mile, approximately $1,582.00 for load. Today he came back and wanted $2,100.00 for load.
2] Jerry was aware that the equipment needed to be in Ohio by Monday 19th. Still has not secured a truck as of Friday 16th @ 4:45pm.
What gives, I thought we had a contract?

When Pat accepted the bid I was surprised because I was under the impression that my bid had been cancelled . If you look at the last response I had with him on the Uship Q & A I told him that I was going to re-bid . I am sorry there was confusion , that is why in our first conversation I told him the load would not get moved at the rate bid . I offerred him some rates given to me by drivers that could load within his time schedule . Sorry for the inconvenience Pat .

Mr. Taylor wanted an addition $350 after loading to deliver this shipment. He claimed this was for an addition 1,000 lbs above what was listed on the request for shipment, and for 3 side chutes that were not listed. The side chutes were part of the buckets, and actual fit inside the buckets, thereby ocuping no more space on the trailer. The weights of the buckets and chutes was from web site of the manufacturer. Told to leave load, I had a better price elsewhere. He delievered load as contracted

The additional weight was a little over 1000# as verified by 2 different weight stations that I went through, but I delivered the items anyway at no extra charge. Leaving a customers load is something that we don't do @ Go Deep Xpress. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. An extra few hundred dollars is not worth the headache. Thanks again for the business.

Jesse was excellent. Very professional, keep informed at all times of status of shipment. We stayed and unloaded him @ 7:00 pm so that he could keep going. Highly recommended. Will use again. Thanks
