The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer said the weight was 2000 lbs turns out it was close to 5000 lbs could now ship for agreed rate, also before I found out about the weight, I had a truck picking up equ. found out someone had to meet truck to load and they could not load the same day, we could have waited for loader but still had a problem with the weight, tried to ship for same rate but could not, told customer driver needed 250.00 more to cover extra weight, customer said no. have no choice but to cancel

There is nothing better than the perfect score I would give these two guys. I know where the work full time, they are friendly and very punctual. They came prepared and they unloaded prepared. The price was very competitive. They have access to several trucks and different types of trailers. I will certainly use them again and I would trust them. Grant Walker, MD

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The service provider did not show up 3 times. On the fourth time she said the shipment was 5k#, not 2k# which is inconsistent with the manufacturer's spec. It is always one thing after another with this provider. The item had to be removed from the auction premesis or it would be unsecure. It is not my fault this provider did not pick up the item on three dates that she said she would. On the fourth no show she said it was for reasons of weight but of course did not call me at the time aga

You won't find a better experience. Problems arise with about 30% of the time I use independent truckers. This guy is a broker who is a problem solver. He went to Walmart and bought 2 straps and sent them overnight Fed Ex, all on his own dime. This took care of a last minute problem that came up. His communication is impeccable. I would spent 20% more just to get this guy. He will save you a bunch of headaches.

This guy rocks! He went out of his way to buy 2 tarps in order to cover a huge load, of course they became torn up in the wind. He didn't want to accept any extra money for them. He drove all night to make a drop off deadline. I didn't have any coffee for him but he did give me an extra 15 minutes to visit and exchange nice words before driving 3 hours home to bed. He is a very, very nice man. It has to be worth a few extra dollars knowing your stuff will be safe with no add on exras.
