Rand was a wonderful gentleman, his shipment however was not. After reading his posts he never once stated that this piano was in a room within a warehouse, never once stated he wanted his item wrapped, and never once stated that he needed tools to dismantle his piano. He was very un-happy with the job I did, but in turn should of read or terms and conditions for the job. Hawkins Family Mover's would move for him again if he chooses, but needs a better game plan from the shipper.

Awesome guy, but showed up to move a baby grand piano with him and one other guy. They tried hard but lucky for us there was me and one other guy to help out. We were able to get the piano moved with minimal damage, but unfortunately not white glove service as described. Best of luck to him and his company in the future, but should probably steer away from moving any more pianos.
