A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Truck was listed as an operable unit. however when the first carrier was dispatched. we found out this truck is actually inoperable. cx had been cooperative enough to pay for a wrecker service. We have been trying to align a driver and a wrecking service but have had difficulties to schedule them at the same time. please remove cancellation from the board as we have tried our best to assist on this shipment.

Odd...The next day after I hire a new transport company they are there, Unit started was confirmed to "run and drive"...loaded and on its way here. So I appreciate your efforts, but in this case they were no good and only costed time and money.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Horrible service...Nothing but lies over and over! Won't return phone calls, and if you get through they tell you its being picked up that day! Sure isn't....Over a week late on pick up date and still not picked up. They have cost me time and money in storage charges. NEVER AGAIN
