You know we all get exhausted being taken advantage of, weaseled in deals, hearing one excuse after another, and generally hearing untruths. Then someone like Tim comes along and you say "maybe there is hope".
Suffice to say: on time, communicative, no silliness, polite, helpful and just kept to his word. All this and with a no nonsense smile and "get er done" personality.
I would use him for anything anytime!

Fantastic guy to deal with on all counts. I ship a lot of vehicles, boats, etc. I will go to him each and every time if possible.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I tried to contact shipper many times between the time I paid him and the pick up date. The pick up date has come and gone and none of my many messages to shipper have been returned.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company told me many times(2 week period) that the vehicle was pickup up and due on the last date of the agreement. Today was that date. I called to see, once again, status of delivery and was informed the vehicle was NEVER picked up. The shipper blamed some company they sub-hired out. They then were unwilling to fix the issue and pick up my vehicle for a retry and just canceled shipment leaving me out of any options. The company is not honorable - Just do not use them. There were mistakes made by the driver, however we did everything by the book and certainly this review doesn't reflect our efforts and discounts we offered. Shipper wasn't satisfied with our remedies and basically wanted us to do the service and pay for it out of pocket, so of course, we canceled.
