Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward This customer emailed twice, called, and text me at 1:00am. I'm not sure if that's acceptable to anyone else, but it's not the way I do business.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Shipper bid on transport and then cancelled the bid. He then bid again and messaged me. I work nights and the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up in one day. I felt it pertinent to be able to communicate with the shipper at my earliest convenience (while I was on break) since it was Sunday and he wanted to pick up the vehicle Monday. I don't think it's fair or reasonable that this shipper wanted to pick up at a near date and got angry when I tried to contact him. I've never had this problem.

This gentleman was always reachable, communicated well with me, was fair and honest, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy.
