Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We DID NOT mis represent ourselves . There actually post is very very misleading . The (loveseat) in question is not a love seat at all . It is a full sized couch with two recliners on each end . We are more than capable of doing this shipment but they won’t let us take the (loveseat) without us taking a roll top desk that WAS actually agreed upon to do off of uship . So we get there and the desk is on the second floor . Desk was ALOT bigger than described so I back down of the desk deal we had
