I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period i spoke to the shipper the night that i accepted their bid.i think that was around december 28th. they told me that it would be no problem to have my bike delivered on the weekend of the 17th of janurary. i tried via phone and email to contact them this past week and recieved no response. i called the seller to see if they had picked up the bike and he informed me that they had not. he also tried several times to contact them to see their schudle. i am surprised, they seemed very nice and their

I am so sorry, Henri. When Jay spoke to you he did not give a definite time as to when we were going to get your bike to you. We just knew that it couldn't be until after the 17th. We both ended up sick and in the hospital so that is why you could not get a hold of us. We do look forward to doing other business for you in the future.
