Dandodrive (Ken) deserves an excellent rating. Communication was daily and I knew every step of the way, what was going on. Ken was very respectful, honest and delivered as promised. He was especially helpful and kind to my elderly parents from whom he picked up my item to be delivered to me. My parents called and said. " what a nice young man, your dad's couch is in good hands".
