A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Bid dates listed Oct 10-13. I sent text to pick up location & not getting response called Oct 9. Phone was disconnected. I sent text & email to customer about 7AM. I was eventually able to speak with customer & learned he gave wrong phone #. I tried new # it was Disconnected. Pu finally turned phone back on & was ticked at me because was picking up next morning Before noon. Took over 13 hours to reach her. Very narrow pickup availability.
