There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider agreed to pick car up within 9 days of booking. At day 12 they still didn't have a carrier lined up or an estimated date of pick up. I asked to cancel the shipment because the seller of the car is pressuring me to remove it. I've been trying to get this car transported on uShip since mid-December. This car is in the United States, not a foreign country. It seems like someone would be willing to honor the terms they set forth. Unfortunately, the site seems to be full of brokers.

Actually business day 6. Customer didn't even allow us to throw in our broker fee to work for free which we would of done in a few more days since we are only on the 2nd half of our pick up time frame which 35% of our shipment go. We are in season now where its snowy, its slow because not much freight, thus resulting in longer wait times on some routes. If customers need fast shipping, they need to pay more for expedited. We have our bids placed for budget shipping unless noted as expedited.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have had no contact with this service provider. They accepted my offer price 3 weeks ago. I need to book with someone else as the seller of the item is about to start charging storage.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had previously booked this with Reliable Carriers almost a month earlier, but had been unable to obtain any updates related to pick up. As of the date of listing this shipment on uShip, the vehicle had not been picked up nor had I had any recent contact with Reliable. Sarah with Streetship called the vehicle location after I accepted their offer & the contact there informed her that Reliable's driver picked the car up last week.
