A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm already on my way. I told the customer I was picking it up early Friday morning and customer was ok with pick up date and time. I would like to be compensated for my time.

Steve was great to work with! Payment was immediate. The carrier really bombed on me with this one, and it took a lot of effort and phone calls to get them moving on this to get it there on time, but it did arrive just in time. Steve was very patient, and understands the shipping process. Thanks again Steve!!!

everything went ok customer filled out contract and got it back to us. We had a crane appointment that we picked up n time for on Monday and delivery is set for today thursday

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer really needed this shipment by tomorrow. Originally it was to be picked up on Wednesday this week 9/23/2020 the carrier has now pushed the pickup day back now until Friday 9/25/2020. I just got off the phone with our customer that would be receiving the unit and he has opted to cancel the shipment as it would be to late to use the equipment now.

Everything went well with the exception of having to send Money upfront. Delivery pickup was on time as promised also delivered on time. No complaints!
