I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Apon arrival the employees at the pickup location refused to let me load it on my trailer stating that the lift was too heavy for my trailer and that they could not allow me to leave with it. Regardless of the legal rating of the trailer and the weight of the lift being well under the gvwr thay continued to refuse letting me pick it up.
