About Me

Imperative that my horse be transported ASAP. He recently foundered and I had to move without him due to previously scheduled transporters not following through on quoted shipping dates. He's an older horse and will not get the care needed where he is staying. Should he become ill, it is difficult to get a vet when needed!!! I've raised this stallion from a baby (he's now 20) and I'm very concerned for his welfare without me.

this shipper is a serious liar and trouble maker. she refuses to take responsibility for her actions. she has gotten herself into a deep hole with the acussations she has made against me. i bent over backwards to pickup her horse and after driving 1 1/2 days to get there she cancels the pickup. she thinks im not suppose to be paid for this but i put time and fuel into it and i am being paid. no judge will deny this. she thinks that is fraud? im honest and shes immature and obviously arrogant!

Orig p/u was sched for 10/1. Brookneal had just crossed into PA, contacted party who refused to release the horse, and called me--which was the 1st I knew of the problem (what happened to other horses sched on this trip?). Brookneal (frantic) spoke with my boss pleading for $ to get home . My boss wired her advance paymnt in full if she would p/u horse in 2-3 wks. Resched p/u for 10/20 (reconfirmed on 10/15). Called on 10/20 in pm & cancelled--hadn't even left LA yet!! Now refuses to refund $.

Denise is extremely unprofessional. She took the full payment for my shipment and then refused to go get the horse. On a bid of over $800 she only offered to refund $200 claiming that she needed to use my money to pay for her gas even though she did pick up other horses during he trip. This is fraud and I will be prosecuting her to the full extent possible. For any additional information [phone number removed] . I can't believe UShip will allow this.

unfortunatly not everyone is happy when a load needs to be canceled. this statement is a lie told by a very immature person! i now can sue her for slander. i went all the way to pennsylvania fron tx. to pick up her horse because it was needed ASAP. when i get there she says that shes not shipping the horse now because it needs a flu shot. you better believe im charging for all those miles! im not FREE! NO other horses, empty! ASAP for what???? there is NO fraud involved here. only lies by carol

OUTSTANDING!! Prompt, courteous, & accessible. EVERY time I called, he personally answered--never "busy" or "unavailable". My horse arrived in good shape & good attitude! I negotiated and made arrangements with several other transporters & either they cancelled or my horse was never picked up when scheduled. Bill was booked as a rush & my horse was picked up within 2 days & delivered as scheduled! Bill was knowledgeable & reassuring--very impressive. Donna
