The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Up front, Bryan's communication was excellent. As we got close to our shipment date Bryan let us know he would not be able to make it on time. We were ok waiting and Bryan's communication on the shipping plan continued to be excellent. As time progressed Bryan missed multiple planned pickup times,and continually set new times. Now we are 1 month past the scheduled delivery time and Bryan has stopped responding to contact attempts. My last communication from Bryan was over 10 days ago telling me
