A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Vet noted that these cats can be demanding and should be crated individually for entire trip with little handling. We do not want the cats to have to go to LA and then Austin and would rather they spend the least time possible on the road. The shipper has to deliver 2 dogs to LA first. He suggested dropping the cats at a kennel in Austin for my daughter to pick up but we do not want this for them. In short, we had a scheduling/handling conflict.
