I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Didn’t realize there was not a trailer. Customer already accepted quote

We always asked for a trailer, and put it in our text as well. The excuse of not having seen that we needed a trailer is not valid. The rejected quote was for $ 3,750.--. Due to the shipment date being so close all new quotes are now $ 5.300 and more. To be dropped and have the quote rejected so late is leaving us with an unfortunate situation to have to pay much more than we envisaged. That's not fair.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I did reach out to the provider a few times but never was able to get any feedback on my questions. Finally after having accepted the offer I am told they did not see that i needed a trailer to move my boat back to CT. Poor effort
|
