This is one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet . Never once bugged me about when I was going to be there. Was glad to see me when I got there and paid as requested. I bet he had bugs in his teeth within minutes after I left. When I saw him leave on his new bike he was smiling from ear to ear. Thanks, Jim
