This shipper communicates well. Although I never met the shipper, on the phone she was very straight foward and understanding. Even when I was put 3 hours behind, everything was still okay. Peggy is very personable and friendly but most of all professional. She has many years of valuable experience with hauling horses and owns horses herself. I was impressed with her genuine concern for the animal and their feelings along the way. I would definitely use her again. She kept me updated and her truck and trailer was in great condition. Horses had clean shavings and our girl arrived in great condition. I enjoyed meeting her in person and you will too.
