Great customer, load was picked up and delivered with out any issues.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider It was not made clear that carrier expects full payment before picking up shipment. this is not how it was done previously, this is not acceptable to me. carrier sends email wanting detailed information on shipment that has already been provided to uship. Is this information not on the haul description uship provides to carriers?
