I no longer need my item(s) shipped We booked this shipment as a backup, based on advice from UShip. The original carrier finally showed up, so we need to cancel this one.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier did not show up on agreed-upon date nor for several days afterwards. I have no choice but to cancel and pick a different carrier.

Absolutely awful all around. They missed the scheduled pickup day two days in a row because they "forgot". They then lost my pallets and could not locate them for several days.
Finally when they arrived several days past the anticipated date, only one pallet arrived and they did not have the request lift gate on the truck so it could not be offloaded. They said they would redeliver the next day, and didn't show up for 3 more days.
