Shipper is 1st class all the way, He stuck with me even though I sprung a radiator leak in GA, well in advance of reaching to the pick-up location in NC. The following day, and about 10 gallons of water being refilled at a rate of two galllons every 100 miles I arrived to the drop off in Manhattan.
The job off set the cost of the new radiator now installed (all Brass + Copper, no plastic end caps this time around!).
Thanx to him I never have to worry about any radiator problems again. A+++++

The items arrived in perfect condition.
The price was great.
Very easy to stay in touch throughout the duration of the trip.
Organization and scheduling was a bit "fly by the seat of your pants", However it was right before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
I would definitely use this mover again.
