The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have waited almost 2 months with nothing happening. The following is part of the shipper's ad. "Service Provider will pick up within 7 days of booking. Service Provider will deliver within 5 days of pickup." I have contacted the shipper and requested a mutual withdrawl and cancellation. They have told me it is under "review" and my $250. deposit would be returned after the review. That appears to be a stall, waiting for 60 days to pass which would be beyond the time limit to cancel a ship

Delivery was completed a few days late. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I was frustrated with uShip as there was no mechanism in place to contact smart2ship. Not the fault of smart2ship.
