The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer Booked the boat on Saturday and called us we where there to pick up the Boat in one HR because the customer was in a hurry the Marina was Close we called the customer and told him we told him we will pick up on Monday. we got a call from customer with a very aggressive attitude we know every one wants the boats fast but Safety is #1 for us there was Rain Storm that Morning we cant pick up any Boat in the rain we rather cut our lost and let some one else do it for this customer!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to an illness of my previous customer I was not able to pick-up/deliver his boat on dates planned, Mr Simonelli needed his boat sooner than I could deliver. He is very nice and hope he gets a shipper quickly. Thanks again Randy
