The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This has been the worst experience I've ever had on USHIP. I've tried to be as understanding as possible but 6 weeks and no car or refund? I totally understand that the snow storm was not their fault nor was the transmission going out in their truck but I waited 6 weeks. Finally they promised to refund my money and that still hasn't happened. I've had 2 motorcycles and a car shipped through USHIP and all three went totally smooth. I totally regret the day I accepted the bid from CPERK22.

While on route to pick up this vehicle there was a Blizzard in VA. Truck blew tranny trying to get out of snow .When we arranged for another truck we called him and left messages for 4 days to call back so we could arrange pick up for and he never returned call. Driver waited in area 2 days after calls had been made and finally had to let him go to next job. When customer called back a few days later all trucks where booked. Now that customer has canceled we have given him a refund.
