A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved customer wants car delivered no later than the 9th. we may need an additional day or two beyond that.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper originally told me they would pick up the car on January 27th or 28th. The shipper called today and said the new pick up time would be Feb 1 or 2, and delivery date may or may not be on the 9th. While I no longer want this shipper, I believe I should receive 100% refund.
