A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment was accepted after I left the area, can’t go back and pick it up after 3 days of open bids. We don’t want the customer waiting for 3 weeks until we get back. The reason we did not see it, there were a bad storm, communications were down for a while, it just appeared on my screen out of no where.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After accepting the booking and paying, I have tried to reach out and confirm with Katherine Hall from MOVE4U2013 via the email and phone number they have provided. No response to 2 emails, both phone calls where unsuccessful. I left a message to contact or respond via email the first time, second time I got someone on the phone who didn't know what was talking about and hung up on me. I need to rebook with someone else quickly as the storage place will start charging me a daily storage fee for
