Shipper sent pickup and delivery addresses at 8 am and expected same-day pickup though I live 500 miles away. Dog was picked up next day (19th) and delivered direct from VA to NJ.
Communication should have been clearer on my part, but pickup and delivery performed within bid specs.

Mr. and Mrs. Cowan were great to ship for. Mr. Cowan's willingness to meet us at a Flying J truckstop at 3:00 AM to accept delivery of his beagles was a huge help. Easy to contact, and a pleasure to work with. I'd gladly ship for the Cowans again anytime! Chris

Our horse arrived tonight, safe and healthy. Shipper has a very nice trailer and was very professional. We were very happy and so was our little girl to get her new horse! We would definitely use this shipper again!
