The customer never told us that the shipment could not be transloaded from one trailer to the other. The only thing they required was an open trailer at pick up because the job site did not have a loading dock. We paid an additional $100 to make this happen for the shipper. Additionally, this shipment was called in at 48"X48" and turned out to be 66"X66" and the customer would Not agree to pay the diffence but simply said "You shouldn't have picked it up" even after notifying of the difference.

got there but was late with many vehicle problems

we asked not to move from the origional trailer but when we got the shipment it was moved to enclosed trailer.

The person I dealt with when booking this shipment requested an open trailer or pick up. NOTHING was ever mentioned about transloading the freight. In fact, this customer called this shipment in at 48"X48" and in reality the freight turned out to be 66"X66" and they told us that we were not going to be paid for the difference even after the freight had been on the truck. They responded: "Then you never should have picked the shipment up"
