The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After making arraingments to pick up a second car, I drove 7 hours to pick them up. When I arrived, both cars were In-Op at an auction with flat tires, one of the cars had not been paid for and could not be released, noone was there to bring the other car out of the holding area. I notified customer that after driving that far for nothing, I would require payment ($600.00) in full before pickup and it was agreed upon. The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled paid him $300.00 cash on 4/14/08 never picked up car never called us. he's a liar and a thief according to steve and brother in law terry had an accident and he would pickup our cars. I will persue this matter with Reno Police Department. What he wrote is a pack of lies. No One ever cancelled this agreement. He demanded 300.00 up front to go back north because he had no gas money to return home.
