A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi, I Recently booked a shipment going form Dublin, CA to PhX, AZ and unfortunately my Transmission went out on my truck, Therefore I can't do it on the scheduled day of October 10th but I did offer to do the delivery the following weekend but the customer can not do that and decline my request even though the Pick up time Frame says 10/9 to 10/16 on customers Uship shipment, My truck will be ready on the 13th or 14th so I figured I could still pick up this shipment based off of the customers ti

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was approved the request after service provider confirmed the pickup date as 10/10/2020. We planned accordingly based on pickup date and then Service provider pushed pickup date to 10/16/2020. This service was cancelled due to unexpected repair to truck. I understand the situation. Overall conversation with service provider till now is polite and good.
