After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This shipper severely lacks integrity. Consistantly promised to pickup shipment & always had a drama & cancelled. Trailer & shock issues. Called at pickup time to cancel. Delayed w/shocks but fixed & on road w/ETA 11PM. NO SHOW/CALL at 11PM. Delayed until 3AM,for personal safety reasons not comfortable but agreed. NO SHOW/CALL.Rescheduled for 11PM pickup. NO SHOW/CALL but Uship tracking showed near my home but REFUSED pickup. Ive been lied, inconvenienced. Demand FULL REFUND.Get what you pay for
