The worst customer service ever, they do not care for the dates before accepting a bid. They do not care about delivering on time after accepting. It cost me $700 for rental car as Montway delayed the delivery. 1. Montway does not give any alerts, it's always I have to call and get the update 2. Customer service representatives does not help instead frustrates 3. Do not believe in their review rating, you will regres ***I'll never use Montway service again, I suggest you as well***
