A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer needs the items delivered by 4/20. I did communicate to Mack's Transport that there was a chance I would need to cancel due to the customers timeline. That is the only reason for cancelling the job. Mike

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Be Going Transportation changed the pick up time 3 times. Pick up was last scheduled yesterday after 5 PM. They did not show up despite responding to my message "message when you arrive and I will come out, the chair is in the garage". They responded "Perfect", however never showed up or responded to my next message of "what is your ETA?". I also called the and they did not answer. I would NEVER use this carrier, obviously NOT reliable.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Terrible experience. Since August he has been contacting me to change the pick up time for a variety of reasons. Today he says he broke down in Sheboygan, WI (about 60 miles from me) and is having his van towed back to Ohio!! He apparently likes to cancel loads, my guess is he accepts jobs, and if something else comes up he cancels accepted jobs.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier that accepted my job has changed the pickup time and his story multiple times. Until now he just recently stop responding to my calls and texts. Apparently after figuring out how to read the reviews on this carrier he has done this multiple times before. Extremely unprofessional and maddening. So now my customer will not receiver their items on time. He should be removed from Uship as he is NOT a reliable carrier.
