This is for a residential shipment.

I booked it now and the shipper gives me negative feed back because she doesn't know how to use a computer.She tarnished my perfect feedback.I called her and she was rude and said u-ship sucks and hung up on me. please remove this from my feed back.I only booked it now and I get all this aggravation.

I misunderstood the bid acceptance process and wanted to cancel. But after realizing that it was an automatic acceptance, I apologized to Tony at ALBTransportation, and they completed the shipment perfectly. This negative feedback should no longer be on my file.
